Repz — Privacy
App Store privacy label: Data Linked to You — only what you sign in for or choose to share (Health & Fitness, User ID, Name, User Content)
Repz works fully on your iPhone without an account. Signing in with an LMKdev ID saves your workouts and routines to it. Your meal log and what Repz reads from Apple Health stay on your iPhone — unless you connect with a trainer, physical therapist or nutritionist and switch on sharing, category by category. You can change or stop sharing at any time, and what you stop sharing is deleted from our server. LMKdev staff can see that a pro and a client are connected, which categories the client shares, and a pro's verification details — never the shared health data itself, unless you grant time-limited support access. Repz is not a healthcare provider and is not covered by HIPAA.
The specifics
- Without an LMKdev ID nothing leaves your phone except anonymous lookups: a food barcode number sent to Open Food Facts
- Signed in: workouts, routines, records and settings sync to your LMKdev ID (deletable in Settings in one tap)
- Meal log, calorie targets and Apple Health readings are stored only on your iPhone
- If you connect with a pro, they see only the categories you switch on — program progress, workouts, daily meal totals (no food names), wearable summaries — as daily summaries, last 30 days
- Every time a pro opens your shared data it is logged, and you can see the log in Repz
- Pros apply with their license or certification; LMKdev reviews it by hand before they can invite anyone. The license photo is stored privately and only staff can open it
- Health data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never stored in iCloud
- Export everything and delete everything from Settings
Children
Repz is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If a future version of Repz ever collects anything, this page changes before that version ships, and the App Store privacy label changes with it. A privacy page that lags the app is a false statement, not a stale one.
