◆ Real work

Built, shipped, and running.

Every project below is a real engagement, anonymized by industry — we don't publish client names, and we don't publish made-up ones either. The metrics are the real metrics.

Fire-protection engineering firm

The problem

Every report started from a blank page — hours of writing, with each state's rules carried from memory.

What we built

A document studio that drafts Engineering Judgments and inspection reports, with a per-state compliance engine.

The result

Report drafting went from hours to minutes — engineers review and sign instead of writing from scratch.

An engineer describes the situation and the studio drafts the document — the right structure, the right language, and the right state's requirements applied automatically instead of remembered by the author.

  • The whole studio ships as a single file the firm can run anywhere — nothing to install, nothing to maintain on their end.
  • AI reads the source documents and pre-fills the draft, so the engineer starts from 90% instead of zero.
  • Access is gated behind email-code sign-in, and work syncs safely to the cloud.

Wholesale · B2B platform

Green-coffee wholesaler

The problem

Prices change daily and differ per customer — quoting was manual, and nothing kept one customer's pricing from leaking to another.

What we built

A B2B platform with a per-customer daily pricing engine, database-enforced price walls, and net-terms invoicing.

The result

Customers log in and see today's prices — theirs alone — and order against their terms with invoicing built in.

Each customer gets their own live price sheet, and the wall between customers isn't a screen setting — it's enforced by the database itself, the deepest layer of the stack.

  • The owner publishes each day's prices from a dashboard — every customer's sheet updates instantly.
  • A margin-floor guardrail means a mistyped price can never go out below cost.
  • Price privacy is enforced at the database layer, not just in the interface.

Charlotte café

The problem

The menu lived on the register — invisible to customers, invisible to search engines.

What we built

A Square-integrated storefront carrying the full 173-item menu, every description rewritten with AI.

The result

The whole menu is on the web — allergen-safe to browse, findable by search, and in step with the register.

Every item's description was rewritten to be appetizing for humans and structured for machines, then written back into the same Square catalog the café already manages — update the register, the site follows.

  • Descriptions were rewritten ingredients-first, with a confirmed allergen line on every item.
  • Updates write straight into the Square catalog — prices and variations left untouched.
  • Each item carries search-friendly fields, so neighborhood searches actually find the menu.
