TestFlight is Apple's free app for trying apps before they reach the App Store. You install it from the App Store, accept our invite, and our test apps appear inside it. Android testers use Google Play's testing program instead.
Yes. Testing is free, the apps are free, and you are never charged for anything during a test.
Apple sends the TestFlight invite to the email address of your Apple Account, often your iCloud address. If we use a different address, the invite can't reach your iPhone.
We use it only to run the testing program: to choose testers, send your invite, and talk with you about the apps you picked. Your phone number is stored so Ryan can reach you if your invite has a problem; we never text you or share it. Nothing is sold. You can see or delete everything from the link in any email we send.
Only if you say so. The Wall of Appreciation and the public tester profile are separate choices, both off unless you tick them, and they show your first name and last initial only. Never your email, phone or city.
