Dans l’app
Two minutes in the morning: three things you’re grateful for and one intention. A few minutes at night: three more, and a gentle, honest look at the day — did resentment take hold, did I put myself first, was I less than honest, did fear choose for me, is there someone to make things right with, where was I kind? Choose your tradition (Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, Sikhism, Taoism, or spiritual/none) and a line from it sits beside each page, quoted exactly from a public-domain translation and cited. For Muslims the evening is muhasaba, with a tawbah prompt. Patterns are worked out on your phone, and your journal never leaves it.
- Every tradition welcome and listed the same way; scripture quoted exactly and cited, never generated
- Morning and evening reminders, or a real alarm that rings through Silent and Focus
- Your journal stays on your phone: Face ID lock, PDF or text export, backups to your own iCloud Drive
